Amp HU Output To Big For Sub Input

Hi There , this is my first time on a disscusion forum please excuse my newness.  My Yamaha HTR-5760 has a SUB max output level of 4V/1.7kohm and my recently purchased 350watt RMS active sub has a max input level 2V/47kohm, the amp has an auto set up function which sets up all output levels delays and bass managment, the amps manufacturers requirements are that the volume on the SUB be set to 9 to 11 oclock bout 1/3 volume and crossover set to max 200hz. My question is will the amp compensate for the voltage requirement diferences or will I run the risk of frying the Sub input?

Connecting digital piano to stero receiver

I would like to connect a Yamaha CP33 digital keyboard to my Pioneer VSX-D209 receiver. I am planning on buying this digital piano to be used as the sound source in a self contained unit that I plan on building that will resemble one of the square pianos of the 19th century. When completed, it will have its own amplification and speakers.

Surrond sound not woking with cable box

I have the new Sony HD 60 inch TV and the Sony reciever. I hooked up the TV from the cable box using the HMDI cable. The cable box to the reciever I used the digital audio cable.

I can not get the surrond sound to work when the TV is on, It only brodcast the signal in the 2 speaker mode. However when I turn the TV off the stero has the 3 2 1 surrond mode. Do I need to add the digital audio cable from the reciever to the TV? Any suggestions would be helpful.
