Hello Larry, My Mit. Tv, WS65613, blinked for 3 or 4 days then it's not turn on any more. Could you please email me the instruction to fix that problem? [email protected] Thanks. Tom T
Thanks Larry. TV was fixed. Here is my feed back:
1. Use digital camara to take pictures before removed the board.
2. Change 4 capacitors as you indicated on DM board. I ordered from Mitsubishi part no. 181P734030 ( 680uF16v)
3. After reinstalled, checked all connection agaist the pictures BEFORE removed the board.
"LARRY" Your are the man! I have a WS55859, green light blinking. Replaced the 7 capacitors, cleaned mirrors and lamps. TV is like new. And my capacitors were not swollen, TV repairman wanted $600, he said capacitors were good. He was going to get whole new module.
Hello Larry. Heard that you're the man! Can you send me this info also. I have the WS65613 with the green blinking light. I have a warranty and a tech coming tomorrow hopefully. But I am making sure he has the right parts for the fix. My e-mail addy is [email protected]. Thanks Larry!
I am sure the tech will fix the set right. If he does not do as the documents say, complain to his boss but remember, you catch more flies with honey then you do vinegar.

Hi Larry, another casualty of the blinking green light here! Any chance you could forward me the fix instructions to the following e-mail address: [email protected]. Also if anyone managed to find a reasonably priced repair company in the Phoenix, AZ area, I would really appreciate the contact details. I won't be buying a Mitsubishi product again, that's for sure! Thanks - really appreciate your help.
I just got the 'green blinking light' of death. Is it really just a problem with the capacitors ? Could you also send me the repair documents you've been mentioning ? A friend does tv/vcr repair work and won't charge much.
I got the capacitors from Mouser, did the repair, but I still have wavy picture, vertical kind of ripples. Any other suggestions, or is it time to give it up?
Thanks for lookin' at this for me. I sent off an explanation and 3 pics, first turned on, 60 sec then 2 minutes. Let me know if you need anything else.
