While watching a dvd movie I clicked menu and chose bonus material.

A still picture came up saying bonus material. However it never played and I clicked stop on the remote.  It didn't stop. It woudn't eject. I shut down the dvd player using the power button. Turned it on placed a different dvd in and the player and the loading feature started. It kept loading but it never played.

It wouldn't eject so I had to power off again and power on using the open door key.

Why is this happening and can I correct it?

We have a denon 1710 dvd player, it's about 1 1/2 years old. Today, I put a dvd in the tray and the power went off of the player. I unplugged player, waited and plugged back up and pushed power button and it came back on. When the tray was retracting back into player, power to player, power went off again. This happens repeatedly. Any ideas?

I have a RCA ColorTRACK Plus TV - Model No. 727671SE or 127671SE - the first number is barely visible. I have an RCA remote, but it is not the original remote. When accessing the menu, I can only access certain options. I am unable to access the SETUP menu in order to put in the correct codes to be able to view movies on my DVD/VCR (combination set).
