My Father-in-law purchased a Series2 TiVo to add to his existing DirecTV STB. He hooked it up, and it worked great for a couple weeks. But ever since then, when they try to display the guide, it gives them a service message saying, "TiVo service Interrupted". The TiVo DVR has not connected successfully to the TiVo service for more than 30 days.

But, I have personally gone through the setup and connected it to the TiVo service. If I check Phone and Network Setup, it says the connection via phone was successful, and gives no errors when I re- "connect to the TiVo service now".

Somebody gave me this model 2nd hand but without instructions - ideally I'd like to get the manual for it but Mitsubish said they don't have it. If anyone knows how I can get one, that would be a big help. Otherwise I at least need to know how to hook it up to a TV without a cable box. I wasn't given any cables/cords so I don't know what I need. I'd appreciate any info/advice anyone might have.

I'm havinf a problem with my dvd player. I have a yellow triangle in the center that says pscan in it and my movies play double. one on the left side and one on the right.
How do I turn this off? Memorex MVD2042
