Video Playback / Recording Devices

Hello. I have a DVD player model Packard Bell 'DVD Divx 350'. I can get sound but the picture seems to be slightly out of tune. It is the same whether I use SCART, SVHS or video/audio leads. I have tried a different DVD player with the same leads into the same TV and all is fine. I have tried this player in a different TV with different leads and it's the same. Please can someone help. my daughter bought a philips dvd 793C from an auction and it did not have instructions with it. we cannot get it to play. does someone out there have instructions they could copy for me and send. i will be glad to pay postage. thanks

My Toshiba sd 2800 dvd player has lost its color. the reds appear green. A good example is that when we watch Sesame Street, sweet Elmo is green instead of bright red. Is my player shot or is it something that can be corrected by using the remote control??
