My DVD player has out tuned itself?!?!?!

Hello. I have a DVD player model Packard Bell 'DVD Divx 350'. I can get sound but the picture seems to be slightly out of tune. It is the same whether I use SCART, SVHS or video/audio leads. I have tried a different DVD player with the same leads into the same TV and all is fine. I have tried this player in a different TV with different leads and it's the same. Please can someone help.
