It's not exactly a refund.

It's not exactly a refund. Mitsubishi is offering two options. Option one is to be able to purchase a new Mitsubishi TV at dealer cost. Option two is to have your dead TV repaired with Mitsubishi picking up the tab for parts and labor. Since I am not crazy about giving more money to them after their product gave me big headaches, I chose the latter.

I have the WD_73733 and have

I have the WD_73733 and have the damn blinking green light. I've tried the reset and unplugging and plugging back in and hitting all the buttons at once. I have a service man coming out tomorrow so I appreciate all the posts on here so I don't look like a dummy when he comes out. I'm going to try to get the error code and surprise him with that and to hold the menu and device for 8 seconds and try to power it back up...if anyone can think of anything else that would help I would so appreciate it. I bought this for the greatest man I have ever met and he deserved to have a nice TV and now this. I'm so heart broken over it. Any help would be totally awesome.....thanks...my email is Thomas menapace@yahoo.com.
