i have a 2006 65 inch phillips hd projection the screen started shrinking on the sides and then shut down power button is flashing if i unplug it and replug when i hit the power theres a faint chirping inside for a few secs but nothing else happens HELP ME PLEASE
I replaced the caps instructions were great didn't work though still no video,took chassis to local big screen repair they found a used signal board ws55859 $300.00 it works now but there is red ghosting around everything anyone know a simple adjustment for this Larry thanks again for eveything, shame on Mitsubihsi for the coolant leaks and problems on such expensive sets it is rediculous!!!!!!
You will need to get a service manual and do the convergence as per the manual. Line up the green first. the adjust the red and the blue go into the green. This sound though like a red centering ring problem. Maybe you hit the red centering rings when you took out the chassis?
Larry I ordered the service manual from that link you gave me a couple of months ago,when you go into the convergance screen the red line is like a 1/2 or 3/4 inch wide blue green and white are like an 1/8 inch wide,does this mean it got bumped something besides converance???,I tried to be very careful moving it,Thank you much Steve

Larry, you are the bomb, just had my DM board done yesterday. Since I can't solder I took it to a local shop who did it for $20. Used the Panasonic caps as suggested in the walk-through. Great step-by-step in it. Had no issue's and I am back up and running. Thanx again Larry

When I am watching the TV (my model is the WS-55613), the screen will flash to black and the volume will jump down dramatically. Occasionally, I turn it back up and it will work fine again, but other times it will continue to flash over and over again until I have to turn the TV off. Sometimes the TV will work fine and do nothing at all.
Do you think this could be the same problem as others were having?

Have you tryed looking into the tubes and adjusting the focus on the focus block yet?
