Would anyone be able to tell me what the values of resistors RE18,RE17,R336,R442,are.
Also would anyone have the srevice manual for
it.I am also looking for a converter transformer
for the tv,the numbers on it are TPW 3174,The
toshiba part number is 23217064.

You need to take the set in for an estimate, this is probably a power supply problem, or maybe high voltage transformer etc. The only way to find out for sure is to have a tv tech remove the back cover and take a look inside.
