Television and Home Theater

Hi, today i went to turn the volume up on my tv using the remote that came with my set top box. I pressed the volume up button once  but the volume shot up until I pressed the down button. Then when I tried to turn the TV down to a normal level, I presses the volume down button once and the volume shot down to zero on its own. I then grabbed the remote that came with the TV and the same problem was there. Saying that, I'm convinced it's the TV and not the remotes. I can adjust the volume from the buttons on the TV its self without any issues.

Hi All, I just recently acquired a used RCA Scenium, model # HD50LPW166YX7. It worked fine for one night, but the next morning it wouldn't turn on. I should say that it was plugged directly into a wall outlet, and we had a little bit of a windstorm that night while it was plugged in. I located the 6A fuse directly behind the power connection on the back of the TV and replaced the fuse, but the new fuse blew as soon as I plugged the TV into power (this time into a power strip with surge protection). What do I do now?   Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi   I just wanted to know if anyone has the blink codes for the Sony KDS50E2010 TV as ours has presented with flashing Red, green, Red, green, Red green (for 3 seconds) then repeats the process again. Any help or advice is appreciated or if you can send me a blink code list that would be great   Thanks Dave
