Coaxial for the TV

Is there an ideal length for the center wire in a TV's coaxial cable? Sometimes I'll get snow on the screen. When I do I jiggle or disconnect and reconnect the coaxial and the picture will become crystal clear. Then later, usually when I turn the TV on again, the snow might be back. I've already swapped out the coaxial cable and it didn't help. I'm wondering if there heeds to be a "standard" length of center wire and mine is either too long, or too short -- but I don't know which. Any ideas on how I can get the snow to go away permanently?

32" RCA TV

I have a 32" RCA TV Model # F35673MBFM1, and the control board on the front of the TV where the buttons are, has been removed! I can still turn on the TV, but I would like to get a new part for it so that it will fully work! I have pulled some of the #s off of the computer board, they are 2Q77005-01F, and 6W81219-20S. I would like to be able ot have a diagram of the TV, so I can find out the actual part number. RCA is unwilling to help and the repair shops in my area won't help either. Please let me know if you can help me. Thanks

TV does not respond to remote control

I have a 1 1/2 year old 32 inch Toshiba flat screen TV which no longer responds to the remote control. Per Sears instructions, I checked the remote's infrared sensor with a digital camcorder, showing that the problem is not with the control (Yes, I changed the batteries!). What could be the problem with the TV that it does not respond to its remote controller? The picture is fine and sound is fine. We just have to use the up and down on the TV and have no idea what channel we are on because no numbers are displayed as we hand-scroll up and down.

Panasonic TVs Behaving

Hi,

I’m having problems with two CRT TVs. TV #1 is a Panasonic 27-inch purchased 10 years ago which has now developed a video issue. Video from either VHS or DVD is displayed crisp and smooth whereas video from digital satellite becomes grainy about a minute or so after connecting satellite cable in the TV’s back antenna input.

Panasonic PT-51HX41 --TV powers off

Does anyone know what could be the cause of this TV shutting off after playing for a couple of hours?
