The TV is about 7 yrs old..
I have a WD-52527 with the blinking green light. I replaced the three Jamicon caps on my DM board and put it all back together. Same blinking green light. I have looked at the other boards and found some more Jamicon caps. They all appear ok, not that, that means anything. Anyone have any ideas?
I have swiggly lines on my screen, to where i cant see the picture at all now it blinks, from swiggly screen to blue screen, do any body have any idea of what this could be thanks
it just started yesterday, and no i never replaced the lamp even though i have seen the replace lamp line please help thanks.
The best advice I can tell you is to go to tvrepairkits.com and order the blinking light kit for your model of set, the kit comes with the high temperature/ high frequency/long life 105 Celsius type capacitors (not those cheap Radio Shack caps) full easy to follow pictorial directions, AND free live on-Line tech assistance in case you run into a problem, all kits are shipped out within 24 hours in most cases, 2 to 3 day Priority mail. GOOD LUCK!!!
Larry Dillon,

Larry,
I have the green light problem. What you have put on this site so far has been an immense help with my WD62525. I found D8f00 and D8f01 charred when I got to the FMT board finally. Do you have schematics for the individual boards? I'm looking to find good replacements that I could order from mouser. I have a fluke that can test the SMT caps so is that valid with these little ones like C8F26 and C8F29? Should I just replace them anyway? Many thanks in advance for any help you can offer.
Just found this after having someone come look at my tv. I was wondering if I could get the instructions. My e-mail is [email protected] I have a ws-65713. was wonding how many caps I have to replace.
I have a wd 52725. I have read multiple treads and forums concerning the capacitors. I would like the instructions on how to fix this issue with the DM board. If you could email them to me that would be great. [email protected] Thanks for any assistance you can offer.
Hi Larry, We are having trouble with our mitsubishi wd-52725. Have a checkered pattern now but before that the tv would often turn itself off almost immediately after you turned it on. Can you send us the repair manual? Thanks, [email protected]
Larry
Please send me the instructions on how to remove and repair the dm board in my mitsubishi ws-55613 tv. The screen is dark timer light blinks [email protected]
After paying over $400 for capacitor replacements last year, I have decided to go it alone and fix my new BGLOD problem myself. Could one of the thousands of people I've seen on this forum forward me the service manual and any other info that will help me along. I've got the 62525 model. I would guess that all are fairly close?
Larry,
The mitsu tv god.. Would you please shed your light on me with my 62525 light of death saga?!? I believe its the light engine (tries powering up for 30 sec/ blinking light/no pic)
Thanks!

Larry,
Please send me the instructions on how to remove and repair the dm board in my mitsubishi WD-52628 tv. The green light blinking problem persists. I checked for a repair kit but found none available at an earlier site mentioned here.
As an option the correct DM board part number would help so that I could order a new one and install it my self.
