I have a R52WM24 HDTV a couple months ago we got a pic that looked like we were watching it in 3D I thought the TV was junk, so we just brought our small TV down, but we are sick of not using a bigger one, Cuda do you think your fix can help us? If so please send me an email to [email protected]
I just removed the convergence board to replace but if your fix is all I need, will you send me the fix? Is it to rplace the little red fuse? If so, brief explanation would help too. Thank you. Pretty soon you will have been sending PMs about this for one year! Wow!
having same problems as the others rca r52wm24 screen comes on see red blue green lines at top of tv then when picture comes up the faces and objects have them all around it. its like looking at 3d picture.... Yes i can solder so any help would be greatly appreciated if i can fix it cheaply that would be fantastic. thanks for the help.

I believe my issue is the same: no convergence option and red/green/blue separated with a warped top of the screen.
I am an electronic technician with the equipment, so I should be up to the challenge. Any information about access points would be great as well.

I never did receive the info via email because I think maybe my e-mail blocked it (I sent it to you via PM)? I received a kit for repairing the TV which included DL231, FL231, and CL230. After replacing these, all seemed well for a while; however, the next day, the TV would turn on, then back off, then on and off again. I pulled the board, could not find any shorts, so cleaned some of the areas and plugged it back in. Now the convergence issue is back again :( - Am I missing anything here?
Edit: The convergence is still out, and evidently over time (rare), it continues to turn on and off.
