Hey all.

My audio setup is the basic, at present, with just 2 crap speakers on my desk. So in the attempt to boost my sound that little bit, I had just recently got hold of a sub woofer. It's a SONY SA-WMS215 (if that helps!). Now I have cheated a little bit to get this Sub. I have "temporarily borrowed" (not nicked it!) from my parents 5.1 setup in the front room.

I wish to add it to my PC to give it a bit of a kick up the ass in sound. Its absolute beast of a SUB and it performs magnificently! So I wish to have it for my PC!

My home theater system when powered gives an f61 code on display and then shuts off. I am told that it has something to do with speakers. I have disconnected them one at a time and the problem is still there. Could it be a resister or the relay?

I just recently discovered that changing the master crossover point from 100 to 150HZ gave me way more bass in the surround modes. It also made the highs sound better. Can someone explain this. The book said 80 or 100HZ would be the usual settings. I don't have a subwoofer and I've got the mains set to large and the center and surround set to small.

I have a Sears single-play automatic turntable (model 564-92963450) w/ RCA jacks to connect to a receiver/amplifier. I also have an Aiwa compact disc stereo system (model CX-N32OOU) with RCA inputs for auxiliary inputs. If I connect the two, and play the turntable, I get only a loud rumble, similar to a feedback hum, just as if the Aiwa is not receiving any input to its amps. The turntable's leads are all OK--just checked them for continuity and absence of short circuits. Are the two incompatible due to the Aiwa amplifier (just 16W x 2 channels), or what's going on???

phillips cd burner

I have a phillips 2400 series cd-rw. I have already downloaded music on bearshare.com and added them to my media player. When I go to copy, it says device not detected. I dont know if I need an installation disk or start-up disk for my cd burner. If it came with one I dont know where it is. Please help me. I dont know what to do.
