Horizontal line on a panasonic 27" TV

Please I need your help guys. I have a TV made by Panasonic in 1997, my problemis whenever I turn it on it doesn't display the full picture it just displays a horizontal line, the sound works and everything you just only get a very thin line that runs horizontally across the screen. Also whenever there is a thump that can vibrate the room it messes up as well. Can someone help me out please!

Philips 14PV 2202/01 from Holland

Hi,

I'm in the U.K. and been given this by a mate who bought and used it in Holland.

Zenith PVR4663 Im locked out!

I was in the service menu (Menu, 9876,Enter) and I think I turned on channel lock, or something else. Now the remote will not bring up any menu, and the TV menu button will not bring up the menu. I think I locked it out somehow. Any help? The channel buttons work on top of the tv, along with volume, but no menu now. The remote will not do anything. It is a Zenith PVR4663 rear projection. Thanks!

Scratches on Projection TV Screen

My 2 year old has scratched the surface of the screen. It is fine to watch when the lights are low but when it is light out the scratch is very noticable. Is there any way to get this fixed or do I live with it until I get another tv? Thank you.

WON'T TURN ON MANUAL OR REMOTE

I have an older, 18 yrs, RCA ColorTrak. It was working fine last night, today, only get a clicking sound when I try to power unit up. Removed the back panel and blew out 18 yrs of dust and tested power function. Operated fine until I replaced back panel. Went into it again, repeated the process, worked until panel was replaced and TV was moved back into position. Repeated the process again, now nothing but the original clicking sound. I can't isolate which component is generating the clicking. I know some do not advocate repairs on this old of a set, but all was fine until no power.
