Philips 14PV 2202/01 from Holland

Hi,

I'm in the U.K. and been given this by a mate who bought and used it in Holland. It's a portable combined TV/VIDEO.In the autotune menu there's an option for GB but it doesn't seem to work so I manually tuned the main channels onto buttons 1 to 5.

The picture is fine but the sound on all channels is just a high pitched electronic screech, it's the same sound on all 5 of the tuned channels and it's not the normal hiss from a badly tuned channel.

Sound is fine from the video part, and also from a freeview box connected via scart ( doesn't work via coax ).

I presume it's some sort of mismatch with the video/audio frequencies being different in Holland.

Something I can sort?, job for a shop or is it nackered?
