By appyling to expand their trademark coverage last week, Apple’s keeping the door open to enter the gaming arena:

Ah, the Ojo Video Phone. Engadget posted the rumor that the phone and service have now gone kaput. And I can confirm it. After two plus years, the Ojo in my living room has finally reached the end of its run.

I just read over on TV Squad that Hulu beta users have ten invites to give out. Sure enough, when I logged in, there they were. So, I’ll donate half of mine to ZNF readers.
