What is best fix for XBox Kinect fan failure?

The fan at the back of the Kinect unit has died.   A friend said to use any fan powered by an external USB source.   But what about the two (of the four total, first two being Plus and Minus Vcc) other wires on the bad fan, RPM and TEMP?   If I put an external fan, powered externally into the same fan opening on the Kinect unit, won't the Kinect motherboard fail to get RPM/TEMP data and halt operation?

hdmi issue

is there a resest code for the protron pltv 3750? i currently use to for my ps3 and was using the hdmi wire. the resoultion for the tv is 728p but i didnt change it on the ps3 nd it i was playing on 1080p . which was causeing the screen to go black. now i just want to reset the tv so i can fix it. heeeellpp please

yeah so i decided to make a new account a while back and it's the only account i play on now.

so like a dumbass, when i signed up with this account i put in a password the i can't remember whatsoever AND i put in some random DOB.

any suggestions on what i should do?

Weird PS3 Drive Problem

I have a fat PS3 that quit loading and ejecting disks. I took drive apart realligned all the gears removed the disk and it worked again. It works for a day or so and everytime stops working again and I have to take apart and remove gears and slide everything back to the way it was and works for a day or a few hours and back to same thing. I can hold eject button and force eject and disk comes out even when disk drive just clicks but wont take disk back in. Really strange any help would be nice Thanks

Ok the problem is simple.....when creating my psn account i rushed through the process putting my date of birth as some random date and i can't remember it....that'd be fine but the password i sware i set as the account password isnt working/says it's wrong :/ is there anyway to retrieve my password without always being prompted for what i put as my date of birth D: ? any help would be fantastic
