Our Panasonic vcr (model NV-HD675B) has stopped working after a tape has become stuck inside. We believe it may be the eject function as we can press this button; the machine appears to be doing something (noises can be heard, but not pleasant ones) and then it seems to give up. We can get the tape to play, but the machine seems to have destroyed it as the image only appears as black and white streaks, the sound remains intact.

Yes -- I'm still use a VCR!! It's a Panasonic HV60EB, bought new in 2004, and it's driving me crazy!

I have a dish box with vcr hooked up and want to add a dvd player, can anyone tell me how?
