Video Playback / Recording Devices

Hi all,

not sure anyone still uses this model? I have had this one stored away for a few years due to third time failure in a total of 8 month operation and maybe max. of 15 hours recording.

LG 'service' fixed twice free of charge (wty) then last time they paid for the dvd rom and I labor costs... recorded 2 or so hours for it to fail again.

I probably should have thrown it away then  but here we are a few years later trying to resurrect this evil beast!

hey guys I just recieved an lg dvd..when you switch it on it just displays the volume level and does not respond to any commands when you press the butons....any solution to this???  the model for this dvd is HT502..but Ive seen a similar problem in a different model
