Hi all,
not sure anyone still uses this model? I have had this one stored away for a few years due to third time failure in a total of 8 month operation and maybe max. of 15 hours recording.
LG 'service' fixed twice free of charge (wty) then last time they paid for the dvd rom and I labor costs... recorded 2 or so hours for it to fail again.
I probably should have thrown it away then but here we are a few years later trying to resurrect this evil beast!
any suggestions as to which reader/writer i can fit to this thing, and why would the laser keep burning out so quickly with these LG supplied units - all failed during a writing session.
