Television and Home Theater

Woke up to find a small moth (I think) had crawled about 10" down between my screen and protective cover (outside clear plastic cover) and died (or has been sleeping for a week), I am trying to figure out how to remove this cover, Hitachi Ultravision 53SDX89B, even called 1 800 hitachi, they could'nt (or would'nt) help, was told it can't be done other than from a service center, and of corse the service centers won't help, they tell me to call hitachi, so I'm stuck in their loop, was hoping someone here has run into this

we have just been given a fidelity tv, have bought a new remote but still cant tune it in. the av channel is ok, we have played a dvd but have plugged in the cable and can only get a fuzzy progamme on 1 channel. Does anyone no how to tune with the remote (it came with no instructions on which button to press), the telly make is ctv3228nf. Thanks

   HELP ME PLEASE!!! Parents out of town until Sat. the 30th. I tried to fix convergance and lost entire set-up. Only have blue screen and message saying channel not available. I believe parents have digital cable. Wires from outside go to a motorola box.

  Also, the convergance screen will not align the red lines up on the extreme right or left. The middle is fine. What do I do???
