Television and Home Theater

My Tv has just stopped working on me. the red power light comes on when plugged in, and when i push the power button on the remote it turns it green but i have no picture at all. Ive had the back off and tested the fuses and they are ok, and I also see 2 LED's inside the tv, one is on constant and the other blinks.

If anyone could give me some advice or a service manual this would be fantastic.

We are a property management company and we recently took possession of a Television.  It says Magnavox in front of set, and on back of set on label it reads Model Number FP4630 W104, with a serial number 3950 1248.  It says "Manufactured in September 1994".  It appears to be 38/39" wide and looks like a flat screen.  I went to the Magnavox website and could not find anything with this model number.  Can anyone out there tell me about this set?  What kind is it?  Is it worth anything?  Any info would be appreciated.  Thanks.
