Television and Home Theater

I have a aerial problem, I think.  Horizontal black lines, one thicker than the other, start at top & bottom, converge, pass each other to end & then repeat.  Also lots of fuzz, worse at lower vhf channels.  Have connected other set to aerial input with same results, rabbit ears are better!

Antenna is 6' rooftop w/ roter and amp. connections appear solid.   Any suggestions??

I would like to find out what the remote code numbers are for internal adj. such as Screen. Drive, Vert, Horz. Etc on a Toshiba Model #36A61   chassis # TAC 0112. Thanks for any info. MSMN4.

hi im having aroblem with my tv and i have seen articles about what could possibly be wrong with it but i need diagrams. i read i can bypass the pip and solder  the connections but having difficult time without a pic to make sure of what i am doing. can someone help me? the tv has sound but no pic, it comes on then it could be ten minutes or an hour and a half then it shuts off and when i turn it back  on  theres no pic. and used to be if you wait awile it came back on. well the oic went out last night and wont come back. the sound is there.
