Television and Home Theater

Hi guys, this set RCA F25422 CTC203AC4, has a farely good pic and sound, but has this fault that i never saw before,When i go to menu it usualy has a blue square with a yellow line,but this one instead of the blue has just green barely can see the menu controls,and also the channel # has a small green square like the menu,it all started with almost full red kinda like when you have a crt board fault and clear up, i suspect caps, since i had this chassis as a spare not used it for long time.any ideas where should start to look for this trouble.Thanks in advance.

I have a 46" Mitsubishi (i believe is a projection tv or big screen tv) model #VS45VA2 that will not turn on.  We have a universal remote and were trying to swtich over from vcr mode to tv pushing many button and then the tv would not show any picture or sound.  When you turn on power it makes a clicking sound like it turned on but after a few seconds you hear it click again and there is no picture or sound at all.   Please help! 

My RCA Color Track tv suddenly went off and now all I hear is a high itch sound coming from it.  I unplugged it and then plugged it back in but the same thing happened. Model number F36673ET.  It's not a new TV but I'd like to know if anyone has any idea how much it will cost to fix it.  Thanks. Donna
