Television and Home Theater

Ok..heres my problem.  I have my Insignia tv hooked up to my PS3 through component cables.  Everything was fine and dandy for a couple of weeks.  Then, just recently, after a couple hour of play the tv began to distort.  It distorted to the point that all I could see where greenish blocks all over the screen.  I turned the Tv off for about 10 seconds...and everything was back to normal.  Five minutes later though..same thing happened.  After the tv is off for a while..the problem stays contained for about the same amountr of time.  The strange thing i

I have a 50 inch RCA that is just out of warranty and has developed a loud buzing noise that is getting progresivly worse since December.

Any one know where I can get a service manual for this. RCA is little or no help, they suggested a local shop that wants $240 for a service call.

I have an RCA D52w20b HDTV rear projection monitor, chassis ITC222, produced in June of 2005.  This evening while watching the super bowl, I heard a snap or pop sound and the screen immediatly looked like it had a bow in it, and the red color was a shadow (off to the left as you look at it by an inch or so).

I have tried google, but I am no genius when it comes to electronics.  What is the problem, or at least a good enough guess so that I can contact a professional and not get ripped off?
