Television and Home Theater

This t.v. is not even two years old.  This is the second time I have had this problem where the T.V. goes black, won't stay on, and the red light blinks 6x

The  thermal fuse was replaced, under warrenty about a year ago.  The part # was: 191000644.  The t.v. is now doing the exact same thing: won't turn/stay on.  blinks 6x. same as before.

Sony KP-53S65, burned out capacitor C514. After hours of web-search, this seems to be the most common problem with this model, however I found different recommendations for replacement, one at 680pF, the other at 1000pF, both 2kV. I downloaded a service manual, which is NO HELP. The specs for the C514 contain no value, just the following note: "The components identified by the X in this manual have been carefully factory-selected for each set in order to satisfy regulations regarding X-ray radiation.
