Television and Home Theater

i had our big screen for about 4 years now and the other day it started

looping from 77 all the way down to chanel 1 and then started all over again, and again and so on i could not stop it not even with the remote.

i do have cable tv and i unpluged all items vcr-dvd the cable box and unpluged the tv for 10 mins and then pluged the tv and cable back but

not the other items. and it started all over again 77 through 1 and over and

over again, so now iam stuck.

I posted earlier asking about my Hitachi 55UX48B...my next question is...

while trying to find a repairman that is serious about repairing and not ripping a person off..  I can't  find any in this area that don't want to take my big t.v. with them to their shop rather than repairing at my house.  Why is this and is it necessary?  Larry said it was convergence IC's? that needed to be replaced.

I have a JVC AV-32050 picture tube TV. Have noticed slight picture distortion, believed is called "keystoning" where picture is slightly narrow on right hand side of screen. Just started. What's cause? Can it be adjusted out?
