I have a JVC AV-32050 picture tube TV. Have noticed slight picture distortion, believed is called "keystoning" where picture is slightly narrow on right hand side of screen. Just started. What's cause? Can it be adjusted out?
It is a good possiblity that this can be adjusted through whats called the on screen service menu. You will need to first get a service manual and read how to get into the service menu. Then write down every parameter before you make any adjustment, then proceed trying the keystone and pincussion alighnments. You could also have a problem in the picussion circuit that is just starting to go bad. This is a high voltage circuit and my best advice is to call in a pro to assist you in this repair.
