I have a Philips 50PP920222 HDTV Monitor since November, 2002 so it is no longer under any type of warranty. TV has been working great except now I have a problem that I am unable to fix. After calling Philips up and finding out that the nearest service center is 1 and a half hours or three hours from my home and it's not convenient for me to carry my TV to them after all it's a 50" HDTV.
After doing what Philips told us to do-- in adjusting the manual converge controls red and blue are fine but the Multipoint Red after following their guidelines to reset and adjust, we are still unable to get the convergence to right itself. Please advise.
We tried to get a service manual for this TV but no one seems to have it.
