Television and Home Theater

I have a KP-57WS500 , I think it has the issue with the convergence IC chips since the auto-adjust

and service menu manual adjustment make no difference in the convergence of the picture.

It also appears to have a pincushion issue too as both the left and right sides arch upwards.

I haven't tried the service menu pin chusion settings yet, wanted to see if that was a viable

option. Also for someone to look at my pics and see if it does indeed look like the IC's are

I have a 27" Mitsubishi TV model CS 2610C (1989. When the power is turn on (cold) it make a humming noise for a few minutes.  Otherwise, the video and audio are perfect  It is not  influenced by adjustment of the  volume.  How can I  fix it ? Please help. I do not want buy a new TV. Thanks.

i WAS WORKING ON A 31 INCH JVC TV TODAY SET WAS HI BY A POWER SURGE.I FOUND THAT THE 9 VOLT STAND POWER SUPPLY READS 5.65 VOLTS NOT ENOUGH TO THROW THE AC  POWER RELAY IN.

I PULLED THE RELAY AND TESTED IT IT WILL THROW BUT THE CONTACTS ARE BAD .

I ALSO TESTED THE RELAY DRIVER TRANSISTOR AND IT CHECKS LEAKY, I TRYED CHECKING THE BASE VOLTAGE WHILE PUSHING THE POWER BUTTON ,THE MICRO IC DOESNT SEEM TO BE WORKING EATHER. THIS IS A 2004 SET MODLE av32f485 IN SAMS 5107. I SURE COULD USE A PDF COPY OF THIS SAMS. I AM GOING TO DO SOME TESTING ON THIS SET TOMORROW.
