Television and Home Theater

I have no video, and no audio. but the red light in front of TV comes on, and you also hear the normal click sound. On the Power Supply Board all LED's come on, but there is one LED (D913) that only blinks twice, with less intensity the second time, after that initial blinking it never comes back on.
On one of the main boards (DPOX Deflection P.W.B.) there is another LED (DP37) that never comes on, and it is near the IC STR F6629B.

Someone mention to me it could be the convergence IC's, where are these at?

I have a Sony projection TV KP-46WT510, when the set is turned on the
standby light blinks four times. I have replaced IC8003(LA78045). (the
board number is A1302708A)
After replacing the IC I am still experiencing the same problem as the
standby light is still blinking four times. I am asking if anyone can
assist me with the problem and a service manual will be greatly
appreciated. thanks in advance.

I have owned a Mitsubishi 42" projection TV (WT-42313) since 2003, and until now I have experienced zero problems.  While watching TV (cable on or off) red tint/shadows appear on the screen.  Text is still readable, people look like people, etc. but only red!   This comes and goes but never when I first turn the TV on.  It usually takes a good 10 minutes.  Any ideas?  Thanks in advance!
