convergence replacement..HELP

Hi, Im pretty new to this but my Panasonic pt-56wx33g is having major problems so I read around in here and decided that I needed new convergence ic's. So after ordering them and picking up a decent soldering gun, I started taking the board out to TRY to repair it and I cant even get the power wire off. I am sure that is what the wire is and it doesn't seem to plug in. do I cut it and splice it when I'm done? I'm lost someone please help. I know the real answer but cant afford to have it done by a pro.

Help with Sony KV-30HS510!

Hi, I have a Sony KV-30HS510 that after a recent reconnect is displaying a skewed video picture.

When displaying the image from my media PC via DVI the picture is tilted and non-rectangular.  It tilts to the left and the top-right and bottom-left corners are pulled out while the opposite corners are pushed in towards the center.

The tilt to the left is beyond the ability to adjust in Setup and naturally making this adjustment tilts other inputs to the right!  The other inputs appear to be displaying normally - it is only the DVI that is a problem.

I have a WS55809 with the power up issue that he green light comes on and then goes off in a few seconds.

I found 2 open resistors on the power supply board and I also want to change out the convergence ICs.

 I can't seem to order the parts from the manufacturer. Does anyone know where to get these parts?

About a week ago my Sony KP-46WT520 wouldn't turn on and the standby light was flashing 9 times with a pause between. I could still get the tv to turn on eventually until today, it won't turn on and now it flashes 10 times first then goes to 9 flashes, pause, 9 flashes...etc....

Can I try to replace the D6116 & D6301 on the G-board myself? My husband can solder, or should I replace the entire G-board? The TV is only 3 years old :(

Trouble with Toshiba 55A10A Projection TV

We lost our picture  but still have the sound.  The power went off for a second while we were watching it and never could get a picture after that.  If it was a power surge, what would probably be damaged?

 

Mitsubishi 55809 power up issue

The set took a jolt by my dog and the power went out. When I turn it on now the green light is on for a few seconds and then off. I have the service manual and the error code is 12, meaning nothing is found wrong.

 I have read some of the other issues and just wonder if anyone can get me close. i can read the schematics and do the work. Just need a jump.
