Television and Home Theater

Hoping for an easy fix.  I read and tried an article I saw for a u24 chip on another model but couldn't find.  Is there another fix?  I have it open and apart.   I see the fuse but don't have a way to test.   I may have had a lightning strike but everything else on the surge is fine.   Help appreciated because I know a repair place will recommend a new one.  

We are in desparate need of help. My husband and I are both disabled and rely on the TV for a diversion. This week both of our Tv's developed problems and we are praying that someone can help us fix at least 1 of them.

The Sony model #KV32FS200 shuts off almost immediately after you turn it on w/red light blinking 5 times stopping and doing it again???

My picture has a blueish,picture overlay,its almost like 3-D effect without the glasses,picture also has slightly noticeable verticle lines,Have taken both major componets out and inspected,hoping for easy fix. No luck tried hooking up VCR via RCA connectors but picture is still the same,Does anyone have any Ideas? Am desperate ,I will try to send pictures if I can figure out how. Thankyou ,sorry I cant figer it out,If you would be kind enough to help notify me ,and Ill try to get some pictures,Again Thankyou
