Television and Home Theater

Hello, first time poster here. I am dealing with a convergence problem. I have replaced the two convergence chips but while doing so the pad on pin 7 was damaged to the point the pin no longer takes solder. I am having a problem with 5 amp pico fuse PS5001 blowing. The IC with the bad solder pad is IC8001, I believe there may be a short between the two. I do not have a schematic to trouble shoot the convergence board model number A1302708A. I am wondering if I could jumper pin 7 on the IC to wherever it is supposed to go. Can anybody help me out with this?

i have two laptops, one is running xp sevice pack 2 with media player 9, i have deleted most programs on it as i am planning to re-install new software. the other laptop is running windows vista and has wmp 11.

Hi I am new here... I have a sony kp-51ws510 television and my color on the tv is screwed up. I have to have the hue set all the way down towards the red otherwise the picture gets all green. I just had a tech over here for an estimate and he said it was the video circuit. That there was a loose solder point or something like that. they wanted to take the tv for 5 days and charge me an arm and a leg. I can solder the point back myself for that matter... Please any help or instruction would be very helpful. Thanks in advance....
