Television and Home Theater

Help!

I have lived with the green blinking light for a long time after I learned that unpluging and resetting the tv can temprorarly solve this problem.  But recently, I noticed very thin and unstable horizantal lines on the entire screen.  Few hours later I got no screen and the red lamp indicator to come on.  The lamp is only 3 month old.  Visualy, the lamp looks intact. 

Im not even sure this is in the right place, or even the right website, but I figured I would just throw this out there.

I unfortunatley bought a vizio VO47L a little more than a year ago, so the warranty is expired. The screen will go black on it, and sometimes it will come back for a little while if I turn it off and on a few times.

Im looking for some technical advice, not just the old, throw it away and buy another one. Or if someone can refer me to a repair manual online. 

I have a Sonny KV-36FS10 trinitron WEGA tv. It has started blinking from picture to black screen. I have searched here but other peoples similar problems are not exactly like mine. This is what it is doing:
