Wavering picture on Toshiba 27A34

I just bought this TV, and noticed immediately that the picture wavers or wriggles slightly; not constantly, but every few seconds. It's not the cable; I disconnected the cable and tried a game machine, and it does the same thing. None of the picture adjustments seem to help. Interestingly, the menu and subtitles don't waver; only the picture itself. Thanks very much for any assistance!

Window Media Center

I have a lot of songs on the computer using the ipod software and recently converted them over to the windows media center. When you look at the main screen under my music, in shows greatest hits on over 50% of the albums. It does not do this on the ipod software, what is up?

Zenith TV Z27A11G Lost Video but still have Audio and Displays menu functions fine....Picture Tube? Need HELP!

I have a 27" Zenith TV from 1997 not sure of the Model number but the service # is Z27A11G
I have always used the RCA inputs for hookup as the kids broke the Coaxial tuner piece off so I have to use the VCR for the Tuner which has never been a problem.
The thing is last night I watched tv on it and it was fine but today I turned it on and now I have no Video just Audio.
I made sure all the cables were connected but still no Video and the Screen is Black like it is when it is turned off but you can hear the auio fine.

Hitachi 57 rear projection

Why would my Hitachi 57 inch rear create different sound levls at set volumes depending on program, commercials and or channels. Is it the Hitachi or could it be from the strength of the cable signal into the Hitachi?

RCA Model-P46151WK..No picture

I have a RCA Model P46151WK.It has no picture but has sound.It started out having a picture when you turned it on then it would go off and just have sound,when I wiggled the plug the picture came back again.Then for a while when I turned it on there would be no picture and then 10 minutes later the picture would come on.
Now there is no picture at all just sound.
Can anyone help me?
