Television and Home Theater

This TV is 2 years old, and has developed red shadows in a limited number of screen areas. Convergence can be accomplished automatically with their 'TouchFocus' feature, and manually through a convergence screen with nine crosshairs arranged in 3 rows of 3.

EXAMPLE:

4-5-6
7-8-9

I can set convergence accurately at all nine crosshairs, but when viewing programs, red shadows appear on screen.

I have a Zenith 52", model # Z52Z95Da, service # 781-1536-1598, manufactured september 1997. I bought a display model, so who knows how long they would have it on at a time. I have had it for 8yrs and within those, i have had it repaired twice. First time after having it for 2 yrs, and then about 3 yrs after that.First time repair was when i had no picture, but sound. Got that repaired for $400, ouch. Second time, picture was making waves, if you know what that means...lol, cost $300, another ouch. Now, i'm back to the same problem as first repair, no picture but sound.

I have a Zenith sr3273dt3 can only get to one service menu it has 948-1 1.13 Preset Px stored ac on off Brightness 23 key deft off cap phase 36 a/v lock off vert pos 13 band/afc 1 horz pos 19 pip upos 5 pip avail on pip hpos 4 zen/pl zenth pip v lim 130 chan lock n/a pip h lim 103 strt chan n/a pip fr ct 8 max volum off pip mac 3 min volum off pip swtch 5 pip l dly 15 I have a gray tint to the picture its like the colors are not as bright as they should be. I think I need to change the R/G/B parameters.
