SONY KV-36FS12 no pic, no sound, blinking standby

Great site, great resource! I've already given a couple TV's new life thanks to the postings and info here, but am stuck with the latest challenge. We've been given a Sony KV-36FS12 WEGA unit that's black screen, no audio, and either gives steady blinks or five-blink groups (no rhyme or reason to which you get when you plug it in) following a lightning hit in the previous owner's yard (same hit took out one of their computers, a can opener!, and a clock/radio).

Mitsubishi WS55613 Blinking Green Light, then powers up

Ever since I reset my Mitsubishi WS55613 with a paper clip, when I now turn it on?the green light blinks for about a minute before it powers up. ?There aren't any other problems with the set.

I am going to replace the caps and 9v regulator as suggested by this forum, but I was wondering if anyone else has this same problem and if there is a fix.

Maybe a software update? ?Will Mitsubishi still send me a software update for this model?

Looking for another board

I think I ruined my circuit board when soldering the new convergence IC chip (STK393-110) back in place.
I have been looking for another used board out of another TV(WS-65511). From looking at your web site info,  am I correct in believing that MODELS: WS-48511 / WS-55511 / WS-55711 / WS-65511 / WS-65611 / WS-65711 / WS-65712 / WS-73711 / WS-B55
are all interchangeable for this center board?  What is the board number anyway?

Mitsubishi WS-65315 DM board location

Yep, I got the blinking green light. I have the proper capasitors for the replacement. My problem is that I can't find the DM board. I know that most of the time the DM board is located inside of a metal box. I can see no such box in this TV. If anyone can help me out it would be great.

Hello,

About a year ago the IC went out in my rear-projection TV. I ordered the pieces from tvrepairkits.com, but procrastinated on actually doing the job until here recently. When the convergence went bad, I lost the ability to control the vertical aspect of it, but I could still move the red/blue horizontal.

Mitsubishi 55513 Lines down right side of picture

Hello!  I had the infamous blinking green light of death a month ago.  I changed the capacitors and everything was working fine.  Now, I turned it on and there is no picture.  Its a while background with colorful lines running up and down and the right side of the screen.  The sound is perfectly clear.  I unplugged the power cord to see if that wouldhelp, and then when I plug it in I get the blinking green light again. After a min or so it goes away and then I can turn the tv but with the white background and colorful lines.  Anyone have any ideas on
