Mitsubishi 55513 Lines down right side of picture

Hello!  I had the infamous blinking green light of death a month ago.  I changed the capacitors and everything was working fine.  Now, I turned it on and there is no picture.  Its a while background with colorful lines running up and down and the right side of the screen.  The sound is perfectly clear.  I unplugged the power cord to see if that wouldhelp, and then when I plug it in I get the blinking green light again. After a min or so it goes away and then I can turn the tv but with the white background and colorful lines.  Anyone have any ideas on what can be wrong?
