Hello Larry. My name is Bill & my WS-55513 also suffers from the blinking light problem. It would do it every once in awhile, then always eventually turn on. Now its not working at all. I tried to wing it today & took it apart & replaced the 4 1000uf 16v capacitors inside the metal box on the left of the rear of the tv. I could not find any 1000uf 16v capacitors, but found some 1000uf 35v capacitors. Are these ok to use? Also, is there some fuses in there as well i should check? Please send me the info on replacing the caps so I make sure I dont miss something. [email protected]. Thanks a lot!!

You may have seen on other threads that Larry recomends going to tvrepairkits.com you can get everything you need to do the repair including the High temp 10,000 hour panasonic capacitors. It also includes the service manual that shows you how to get the board out and where the capacitors are. It's only $35.00 the cheapest TV repair you'll ever have. It work for mine and I didn't need to replace the fuses or anything else. Only use the high temp long life capacitors and take your time. Good Luck

I've seen other posts where Larry said that the 35v will work but he really stresses to use the hightemp(105 degree) long life versions. Also I believe those capacitors are physically bigger in size, so you may have to be creative in getting them to fit into the space.

Larry. Looks like you have sent the blinking green light instructions 100+ times. Could I impose on you to send them one more time.
Model WS55613.
Thanks in advance. [email protected]

When I did my repair it didn't work at first either. Larry suggested removing and reseating the DM board. I did and then it worked. Maybe that will work for you.
Larry Dillon said: rob I need an e-mail to send you any info on this repair info.

The best advice I can tell you at this point is to go to tvrepairkits.com and order the complete convergence kit for your model of TV set, no need to search and order multiple parts from different sources and pay multiple shipping fees! The kit comes with original Sanyo STK ICÂ’S , not those cheap aftermarket or china made ICÂ’S full pictorial directions, the thermal paste, resistors, the correct Pico fuses, AND free live on-Line tech assistance in case you run into a problem with the repair. They ship out 2 to 3 day Priority mail, the next day in most cases,
