What is your e-mail ron??? I have the exact same set as you and repaired mine last week. I have the instructions with pics that match your set. I found them elswhere online after I found this site. Cheers

Looks like you have another one needing that file Larry, me. Same thing with the flashing light and unplugging with no luck. MItsubishi WS-55613 [email protected]
Larry - please send me that file as soon as you're able - Thanks in advance! (PS - I quoted myself so you can see my model # & e-mail account)
Larry Dillon said: This problem could be a bad DM board. If you are handy or knows anyone who is, and they can solder, I have an instructional file that will show you how to take out the DM board, find the bad parts, and even give you a source where to get the parts. There are even pictures included! Now once you get this apart, and the capacitors look good, check the capacitors, or have them checked. I have seen in a few cases where some folks have only replaced the capacitors that looked bad. If this does not fix your problem, you will need to have a pro come out and check out your TV set.. If you do not have a clue what you are doing, please play it safe and call in a tech. If this board is indeed bad, the repair should not eceed 1000 bucks. If you want this file, leave an e-mail address and i will forwar it to you. Remember, there is a possibility that there is another problem with your TV set, but this has fixed over 65% of the peoples TV sets that I have shared this file with. Good Luck, and let us know if this helps you.

Larry,
Can you send me the file too? I'm having the same problem on my WS-55813. You can email me at [email protected].
Stormey, mj, and beckajo, I have sent all of you the documents you have requested. I hope this helps you repair your TV set. In the event the capacitors do not look bad, replace them anyway, as I have seen many times in the past that they were not swollen on the tops but were still bad and did in deed repair the set after they were installed. Good Luck to all of you.
I posted before but didn't have the model number, WS-55613. Any of the repair instruction files you have available, Service Manuals, repair PPT's or files related to replacing the capactators to solve the blinking green light problem would be appreciated. Thanks! Email: [email protected]
HI there Larry I have a Mitsubishi 55" WS-55513, bout about 4 yrs ago and when I got home tonite and found my T.V. with a flashing green light also, unplugged the t.v. and when i plugged it back in, made a clicking noise, and flashed the green light again. I was wondering if this can be fixed by changing the capacitors with a high temp capacitors?, or is this a different issue?, this has happend before a couple of times, but i would just unplug the tv for like a hr or two, and that seemed to solve the problem at the time. But now it will not turn on at all, if you can give me any advice and send the fixit file that would be great..
Val and km, I have sent you the documents you requested so you can attempt the repair on your TV set. If you do not know how to solder, play it safe and find a friend or a pro to unsolder and to solder these capacitors, as the PC board is very small and can be easily damaged. Also remember that this is not a place to be experimenting around inside of so if you do not know what something does, don't mess with it. Be careful. Good Luck

Would you please send the instructions for locating the DM board and replacing capacitors to hopefully solve the blinking green light problem on a Mitsubishi WS-55813 television? Do you think a tv repair serviee would be willing to attempt this repair soulution in liew of replacing the entire board as a fix? Thank you for your site and the information! JLH
big, it is on its way. Good luck with this repair. Just remember, if you have any questions, please ask me or a local pro, as you only get one shot at repairing this problem. It is so easy to mess up the printed circuit board, so if you do not understand anything, or do not have the soldering skills, please have it done by a pro, or someone who does know about soldering on printed circuit boards. Good Luck

Hello. I just signed found this site by surfing, and I too, have the dreaded green blinking light on my WS-55859 TV. I have gone as far as removing the DM board, I just need a source for the parts and the directions. I can solder as well, but I would love to have a copy of the files you are passing out Larry. Thanks alot.
Hey Larry dont know if you saw my post or not but I would love if you could email me the directions for cap replacment on the dm of mits 65713 2004 thanks alot joshysworth@yahoo.
I think I have the same problem. Green blinking light of death. Tried all the usual fixes, I guess it's time to dig in there. My set is a WD-62725. I could really use those instructions as well. Thanks, [email protected]
My model is 65813. Started the blinking when I tried to turn it on last night. Unplugging it for over an hour and resetting it didn't get it working. Could I trouble you to send me the instructions for the repair? I can solder. [email protected] . Thank you.
Camerono, look around for capacitors that may have a black ooze coming from underneath them, or maybe may be swollen on the tops. Also I am not sure, as i do not remember, this set may be the model that has a PIP board that has a bunch of capacitors bad on it. You will really need to get a service manual so you can trouble shoot this TV. If you do not understand how to read a circuit diagram and follow its circuit flow, that would be a waist of money. If you can read a schematic diagram, get the service manual, forward me a copy and we will see if I can help you. No guaranties but I will try.
