I have a sony kp51ws520.  I am getting nine blinks on the error code.  I have had several people come look at it.  I am getting so many different responses from so many different people.  I have a friend who said he would repair it for me if I could diagnos the problem.  I have tried putting it in service mode, when it comes on, I get alot of zeros and ones.  I have a bet going with my husband, that I can get it fixed before he can, come on guys, help me here.  thanxs:)

Panasonic DMR-ES10EB Help requested

  I have owned a Panasonic DMR-ES10EB DVD recorder, for just over 13 months, and it has worked perfectly in this time,until last week.

It has now decided to record any programme off T.V or through Sky, in slow motion and no sound !

The unit has not been moved,disconnected, or tampered with. This is a mystery to me, and it's  'Doing my head in ', Can anyone HELP ???

GPX DVD

My DVD player just "out of the blue" shows PSCAN on the screen you normally view the DVD.  It's also a split screen.

 Tried unplugging for a day, and pressing every button on the remote.  Nothing works!

Anyone have any ideas?

help with vcr/dvd combo

i have a magnavox dvd/vcr combo, model mdv540vr/17.  the dvd plays fine, but when watching a vhs tape, i get horizontal blurry bars in the picture, and the sound is distorted.  sometimes, after they go away, the volume level is lower, then increases gradually.  also, if i'm watching tv with the vcr on (rewinding or forgot to turn it off), the same thing happens with the live tv signal.  any suggestions>?
