hdmi help

Forums: 

i currently have my comcast cable box hooked up to my tv by a hdmi cable. my tv only has i hdmi input. i now want to buy a 2.1 home theater in a box. how do i set that up. i still want the hdmi effect but can not figure out how the whole thing should be connected. Help!!!!

 I am considering the Phillips upconvert DVD PLAYER which upscales to 1080i.  The DVP5960 or DVP3960/37 (sold at Walmart)  look good to me, I can see "almost HI DEF on my LCD AKAI T.V.  they say.  any one comment.  I also know SAMSUNG has one is it better?Cool

Glowing press reports convinced me that this was the one for me - and I bought one a few days ago.  My problem concerns the manual, I simply can't understand half of it - it must be an age thing! I have sent a couple of E-mails to Panasonic's UK support people but they must be too busy to reply.  I can record broadcast progs to the HDD and I am proud of that but the curious language of the manual seems to preclude anything else!

Switch'd my Koss entertainment system over to the PALNTSC Image display, which as far as I'm understanding it, I gotta go to Germany to use my entertainment system!!! I can't access anything!! On top of that, stinkin' Koss isn't making anything anymore but headphones! I need help or it's hundreds of dollars thrown to the curb...HELP ME

Crown CRV2025 VCR

I have a Crown CRV2025 VCR that I am unable to use due to the "child lock" being active, can you please tell me if there is a way to disable the "child lock" so that I can use this VCR.
