Glowing press reports convinced me that this was the one for me - and I bought one a few days ago. My problem concerns the manual, I simply can't understand half of it - it must be an age thing! I have sent a couple of E-mails to Panasonic's UK support people but they must be too busy to reply. I can record broadcast progs to the HDD and I am proud of that but the curious language of the manual seems to preclude anything else!
Principal questions at present are:-
What do they mean by "Titles" , "Playlists" and "Copylists"?
Would it be possible (when I am further up the learning curve!) to hook the unit up to my old Sony VCR and transfer some favourite (yes I'm a Brit!) tapes to DVD? If so how?
You will have gathered that I am not a high tech sort of guy, but I would appreciate comments from anyone who has one of these.
