No sound!

Have an old 12" I use in the bedroom which has been problem free upto recently when suddenly the sound stopped working.  Being about 20 years old I wouldn't want to invest a lot in repairing it but wouldn't want to trash an otherwise good set.  Any idea as to what the problem may be?  It is a Sony Trinitron Model # JY160352.Carmen

Sony 35" KV35S42 TV picture flicks on and off

Sony 35"  KV35S42 TV picture flicks off and on whenever brightness, color and sharpness settings are increased or when picture is mostly white or green or mode is changed to VIVID . The TV is only 6 years old and has an excellent picture but can only watch the news without this happening - I was told it is a bad tube but I can't believe there isn't a voltage setting or somewthing that can fix the problem and SONY tells me they have never encountered this sort of problem with this model (which I find hard to believe). Can anyone help me?

Can anyone help me find a service manual for Philips 36h800 7592. My model 36pt71b129 is turning itself off, and know it won't turn on. When the power button is pressed, the red light on front flashes 6 flashes, pause, 6 flashes, pause, 6 flashes, pause until shutting off. Before having this problem, I had a situation where the t.v. would turn itself on periodically, and I'd have to unplug set to prevent this. I don't know if the problems are related.  Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks, Coalcoal

Have tv/vcr combo spits out the tape after 20 seconds

Need help. I just bought a Zenith tv/vcr combo. the tv works great nice picture. but the vcr spits the tape right back out????  I know these are junk but I only paid $4 for it. Still would like the vcr to work for out little guy. All helpful info appreciated.
