Television and Home Theater

My TV won't power on either with the remote or with the manual power on. I hear a clicking noise and it appears that the TV is turning on and off. After several times it stops. Never actually see a picture.  The TV is a 27" ProScan.

My Mitsubishi VS 50607 looses picture and most of the volume quite often. It goes off and maybe comes right back on and other times it stays off quite awhile. Today I tried the PIP and I have a picture on the right side of the screen and blank on the left half. If I try to reverse the screens it won't change. It did this last night early then came back on and never went off again. Help.

After tv has been on for 20 minutes a buzzing sound is heard and it gets louder, and without interruption, the longer the tv is on. It is really annoying. Can anything be done prior to having someone come out to fix?
