Television and Home Theater

an anyone provide me with how to replace my LCD panel module unit on my Sharp Aquos LC-370D40U? I know the panel part number is R1LK445T3LZ10. Secondly, can anyone refer me to a site to opurchase the panel module? The partstore.com wants $3,888.17. I think this is more than the unit is worth.

I am in need of convergency chips.  I have someone that can replace them for me but I need to get the info on the chips so I can order them.  Can you help me with the part numbers or where I can find them inside the tv.  The model number is PTH5498.  Any help would be appreciated.

Everytime I turn my phillips television on...it magically turns off. If I change the channel the power will turn back on and the screeen is refreshed. It wil turn off again 20 minutes into a show...an hour...or even right when you turn it on. Is it possible to fix this myself or do I need a tv tech? Thank you
