Television and Home Theater

I have a RCA ColorTRACK Plus TV - Model No. 727671SE or 127671SE - the first number is barely visible. I have an RCA remote, but it is not the original remote. When accessing the menu, I can only access certain options. I am unable to access the SETUP menu in order to put in the correct codes to be able to view movies on my DVD/VCR (combination set). 

Hi, I have just installed a 32" LCD Pentus and am unsure if thr scart swiching is working correctly. There are 2 scart connections (21pin) to the TV. One is from a Sky+ box and the other from an old dvd player. The SKY+ works fine from a power up and all functions are fine. BUT when I power on the dvd I can play a dvd and the TV switches to the dvd scart. If I power off the dvd then the tv svreen goes blue and the only way I can get back to SKY is to go via the SOURCE menu and reselect the scart1 socket.

 I just purchased an LCD HDTV for my wife.  I have Dish Network HD DVR receiver.   My TV1 is connected to my main HDTV, and would like to connect my TV2 to it.  Dish says that TV2 will only receive in Standard Def., if so will my High Def TV get a better picture.  Thank You for any comment.
