Television and Home Theater

I just got this tv to fix and the fuse was blown inside. I replaced the fuse and all it will do is turn on with no pic or sound and then in a few seconds turn back off. Could this be a pic tube or what?

the tv powers on,,but i have a blank screen with horizontal white line in the middle of the screen,,, toshiba 27 in fst tv monitor tv is 15 years old still was a decent tv. please give me a idea whats wrong?

I have a 10 year old Sony Trinitron TV/VCR Combo (Model KV-20VM30). Today I tried to turn it on and the Standby light flashes and I hear a click but the tube doesn't turn on and there's no sound. The strange thing is I was using it earlier in the day and it was fine. I've had some trouble in the past with it such as low volume and dark picture but unplugging it and plugging it back in seemed to fix it. I've left it unplugged for a few hours and it still doesn't work.
